Who we are

What we collect
Your name, email, your pet's name and type, the photos you upload, any notes, and your payment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Why
To make your custom pet video, email it to you, handle redos, refunds and questions, and keep the records Irish tax law requires. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and legal obligation for tax records.
Who helps us
- Stripe: payments
- Tally: photo upload form and storage
- Higgsfield: AI video generation from your photos
- Google: Drive (video delivery) and Gmail (emails)
- Cloudflare: website hosting and email forwarding
Some of these are outside the EU and use standard legal safeguards for international transfers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Photos and finished videos are deleted 30 days after delivery. Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax.
Sharing your video
We may post finished pet videos as examples, never with your name or email, unless you tell us not to in your order notes or by email.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@jnlcreatives.co. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
